Are you a creative and experienced floral designer looking for an opportunity to showcase your talent? We are seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Worcester, MA!
Position Details:
• Hours: 25-40 hours per week
• Schedule: To be discussed and determined. Occasional weekends and major holidays are required (Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day). Will be expected to work overtime the week leading to Valentines Day 2026. Additional hours during those peak seasons and overtime during the week leading up to Valentines Day 2026 is required.
• Compensation: Starting at $25+hr and 401K available for the right candidate
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a floral designer with previous experience in the floral industry—not a horticulture specialist. The ideal candidate has a strong design background and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design floral arrangements using our existing recipes
• Create designer’s choice arrangements with creative freedom
• Work efficiently on your feet throughout the day
• Transport and carry floral buckets and flowers between shop and cooler as needed
• Collaborate with fellow designers, front-end staff, and the delivery team
• Assist customers with design recommendations when needed
Requirements:
• Previous floral design experience required
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 10lb
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Reliable transportation
